3. Enrollment and Eligibility

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after successful registration.

  • By enrolling, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

  • Shahzad Digital reserves the right to accept or reject any enrollment at its discretion.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

  • Course fees are payable in installments, as communicated at the time of enrollment.

  • Students agree to pay all installments on or before the due dates.

  • Failure to pay any installment may result in suspension or termination of access to classes without prior notice.

  • Fees once due are legally binding subject to the refund policy outlined below.

5. Refund Policy

  • A student who does not agree with the training may request a refund within 48 hours of enrollment.

  • Refund requests made after 48 hours from the time of enrollment will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Refund requests must be submitted through the official contact method provided by Shahzad Digital.

  • Any applicable payment gateway or processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

6. Use of Services and Student Conduct

  • Access to live classes is strictly limited to the enrolled student and may not be shared.

  • Students must maintain respectful and professional behavior during live sessions.

  • Shahzad Digital reserves the right to remove any student for misconduct, misuse of services, or violation of these Terms, without entitlement to a refund.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, including but not limited to videos, live sessions, recordings, notes, graphics, and materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Shahzad Digital.

  • Students may not record, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. No Guarantee of Results

  • Shahzad Digital does not guarantee any specific outcomes, earnings, certifications, or success.

  • Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and application of the training provided.

9. Technical Requirements

  • Students are responsible for ensuring reliable internet access and compatible devices.

  • Shahzad Digital is not responsible for interruptions caused by technical issues on the student’s end.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shahzad Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the student for the course.

11. Modifications to Services or Terms

Shahzad Digital reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms or any part of the services at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
